ORMA Società Cooperativa adopts a classical cooperative-type system of human resources management.

The members of the Board of Directors, while carrying out their professional duties, they handle all activity sectors, also thanks to the assistance of an elite group of Executives and Managers; all peer constantly work around a "round table", which have no “heads of the table” but only cohesive forces and constructive ideas in comparison.

To carry out activities, each Executive Director organizes and manages its own set of resources, internal and external, with the same method that the Board of Directors adopts with the Company.

The Operators of individual Sectors, in this way, perform different tasks and activities every day; the result is the production of highly professional operations in a stimulating and enriching work space.
